2009 Shepherd's Rod Pt. 2 The Rocovery of Joseph's Coat
Date Posted: November 10, 2008
I had an experience where I saw Joseph’s coat of many colors being recovered. (Genesis 37:3) It was covered in “bad blood.”; This bad blood consisted of jealousy, envy, selfish-ambition, and territorialism between brothers, sisters, leaders, ministries, businesses, and even cities. The life and power of the enemy was released through this bad blood to cover up the real purposes of businesses, families’ ministries, and cities. The Father then took the coat in His hands and began to wash it down with the blood of the Lamb. The colors, which were the colors of the rainbow, started awakening. The more washing with the blood of life, the brighter and brighter these colors became. Each color represented different groups like businesses, families, ministries and cities with purpose. As the colors brightened, they started to come together and make one color. That color was white – “The Glory of God.” I believe there are cities, individuals, ministries, and businesses that are specifically called to release unity, favor and substantial financial prosperity into places where there is this “bad blood.”; A release of God’s love and forgiveness is coming that will melt down the walls of division between people and businesses. In places of division, there will be mergers between relationships and businesses. Businessmen will receive revelation that will further their growth and revenue, and will then call other businessmen and share revelation helping them as well. This will start the process of turning the mentality of how we do business in our cities and regions. Eventually, local governments will have the same kinds of experiences.
The Seven Spirits of God
The colors of Joseph’s coat are the colors of the rainbow. They not only represent God’s covenant but also the seven spirits of God in Isaiah 11. This is what Joseph had on him to assist Pharaoh and govern Egypt and his family. In order to bring God’s government we first need the fullness of His authority ruling in our lives. Joseph allowed this process to happen to him through the walk of His life. His trials opened his heart to see that the Lord was in complete control and enabled him to relinquish his spirit to receive the fullness of God’s spirit to rule in his life. We can see the same pattern with Jesus in the wilderness being tempted by the devil. (Matthew 4) He was drawn to the wilderness by the Spirit of God to be tempted by the enemy. However, the enemy was not aware that his trials and temptations were teaching Jesus how to be sensitive and obedient to God’s spirit. Jesus allowed the Spirit of God to purge the carnal mind within Him and came out with the fullness of the Godhead ruling His mind. He lost His mind to gain His Father’s. Jesus came into agreement with God’s will no matter the situation. This year, God’s full authority will start to be released upon individuals and businesses to serve and release His government within their cities and regions.
